Ram and Sita are not gods limited to just India, they are revered in many parts of South-East Asia. Each region has a different way of depicting their gods. This is the Traditional Thai Goddess Sita. We have done the restoration work on this very old piece with the help of some gold, a few stones (some very difficult to match in quality) and lots of colors. In the end, client was very happy and commented that it looked as beautiful as the original.
